Add warmup to a bought mailbox that has none (an order placed without warmup, or warmup stopped earlier). Billed monthly. Optional `strategy`, the standard preset by default. `409` with `code: warmup-already-on` when it is already warming.
Change the warmup strategy PATCH
Set the strategy: a preset name, or custom values. Only the values that changed are sent to the warmup network. Starting volume only applies to warmup day 1 and is refused afterwards (`409`, `code: starting-volume-locked`). Before warmup has started the strategy is stored and applied as soon as it does. An invalid strategy is `400` with `code: invalid-strategy` and `details.errors` listing each field.
